when applying J2EE Engi Patc SP19 & Disp+work.exe Stopped

Hello All ,

I am working on SAP XI SP9 (Stand alone J2ee Only). When I am trying to upgrade it SP 19 but it had failed at 17th ( Start J2ee Engine ) step . I am getting following error.

ERROR 2007-04-15 06:52:41

CJS-20058 Java EE Engine DVEBMGS00 of SAP system XI3 did not reach state "Starting Applications" after 1033 seconds: giving up.

and after that im restarting the ABAP Engine Disp+Work process is completely failed.

Operating System :- Windows 2003

Database :- Oracle 9.2.0.4

Please Guide me on this.Xi Server is Down Since 15 Days.

could you please open a message with SAP support, I think they will login to your system at OS level remotely and try to solve your problem.

Thanks for ur quick reply. already create the SAP Message ( fifteen Days Back ) SAP People forward this message another team to another team.

you should provide all the information required to SAP. ie all the log files, open the remote connection, give your contact details, then I do not think so they will fwd the message.

Hi Sunil,

I have provided all or log files & Login to the Our server through remote connection. there is no solution forward to this message next level.

and one more thing that time already u told na . u can change the owner that time i got the sem 4 in work process ( few min... only )
