Data got Stuck in SMQ1

Hi Team,

In SAP ECC data got stuck in  SMQ1. There is no any error showing. 

How to resolve this issue.

Try to unlock queue and execute queue again .If still not processing check for log any warning or error message

If there are not error message , the Ques might have been stuck in SMQ1.

You can try to activate them manually and see if they moves. If they moves then check your schedule via SMQR T-code if schedule is active. You have to also check system load in ECC system.

Please let us know the status of these Ques in SMQ1 which could help us to provide you more information.
