SAP BPM - Unable to view the Properties in Service Reference

Hi All,

I have an automated activity in the Business process, for which i would like to assign Service Reference Details and Sender component details.

But i am not able to view any properties and select the required properties when i click service reference. I have correct match of both PO server and and NWDS version as well.

Please advise.

Hello Ramesh,

Please check the version of VISIO. Usually such issues arise when VISIO version is not correct.

i think it is ridiculous

make sure you are under the right perspective

there are process modeling and process development perspectives

you have to use process development perspective
