Knowldge Articles in Solution Manager 7.1

Hi all,

We have created the knowledge article in solman 7.1 sp13, but using categorization id when we want to retrieve the data from search criteria, it not displaying the records properly we have tried with the different filters but it not working properly.

Please help.

Hi Venkat,

are you talking about auto suggest features in KA.

Provide Solution - SAP Solution Manager - SAP Library

Processing Incidents - SAP Solution Manager - SAP Library

Have you done the configuration so that relevant KA can be searched upon.

Please share more details if above doesn't helps.

Thanks for your reply,

No i am not talking about the auto suggest feature. I am speaking about the general search criteria.

When we are searching it;s not providing the results correctly.

Hi Venkat,

have you checked the authorization concept is adapted for your transaction type.

is it with all users or one user?

The normal search on SM_CRM should produce KA if you are authorized

I have checked the authorization, when i search the knowledge articles using search criteria it's not displaying the records properly.

I see 18 KA found as per screenshot, is this incorrect result.

can you specify what is the issue with some more details..is the no. of items incorrect ?

Hi Venkat,

It seems to be bug if you have already checked the authorization part

I would request you to raise sap oss incident so that SAP team can check the issue and you can also refer notes in the mean time.
