This works fine. We fill in a value for the categorization and the support team partner is determined. But when we change the categorization the support team partner must be redetermined. This works not. The existing entry is not removed.
The first link helps us. It is a different way of customizing and not fully complete our requirement. So works the automatic determination of the partner not with the rule policy.
