Additional information option not found in "other action" for firefighter log review workflow.

Hi All

GRC10.1 SP05 and NW7.4 SP05

Enabled firefighter log review workflow.

Workflow is successfully generating. but I do not find option "additional information" option from "other action".

Due to this unable to send back the request to requester for further information.

1., I have verified on SP13 system also by keeping changes as below. Still other additional info option not found.

2. What is the use of notification in task settings? As we have already dedicated notification settings

Can you try running a trace and check for missing authorizations if any.

Check SLG1 if there are any errors and also like Manjunath mentioned earlier please check the trace for any missing authorizations. In particular verify the FF Controller have sufficient authorizations for the object GRAC_ASIGN.

We are on SP13 and did setup as following at the stage level and we are able to view "Additional Information" in the Other Actions. See if these settings would help.

Kindly confirm if the forward allowed option is enabled at the stage level? If not, enable and test the scenario.
