Activate User Status based on AVAC

Hi,

i would like to disallow Release of WBS element based on user status.

the release should only be allowed if AVAC status is already active.

so I create a status which will be Set once AVAC is active.

does anyone know if this is possible?

i have gone to BS32 transaction and set KBFC to allow User Status (see below)

and in OK02 i have created a status to be set with Availability Control (see below)

but based on actual test, even when i activate availability control (AVAC status), the user status is not getting set.

has anyone tried this before.

Hi Ramesh,

Try removing "UsrSt" tick for KBFC in BS22. It had worked for me earlier when I had not set that indicator for standard status REL and though REL set the user status I had configured.
