The size of the same Form in DEV and in QAS different

Hello Adobe Gurus,

i faced a folowing problem:

I developed a form with custom Size High-160mm x Width-100 mm.

Master Page is in  Portrait format.

If I test the generated FM in DEV -system I see it in portrait format.

As i transport the form in QAS -system and test the FM in it, I get the page in Lanscape

I checked everything is the same in both systems incl. the Printer.

I appresiate any help!

and this is wrong in QAS

Size is same, problem with rotation.

Right click on page in adobe reader. Click on Rotate Clockwise untill you get your layout.

Hope this help.

Hi Vladimir,

Can you please check in preview level in both the systems, If it is working fine then it might be issue in printer level.

Are you using same output device types in the both the systems?

1. In preview  is every thing fine

2. I use the same device type

I am realy wonder about the result.

I have allready checked the form Settings they are the same too!

Any Idea ?
