Decision table BRF+ Risk Analysis

Hi Experts,

I followed the instructions described in , however if my request has on role with risk and another with no risk, it always considers both with risk.

This is my decision table:

Both request get routed to the REQVIOL2, although my risk analysis gives the following result:

If there is risk, request is sent to the risk owner, however roles with no risk have no agent.

What do I need to add to my decision table? How can i fix this situation?

Thank you for your help.

Hello Vasco,

Have you used standard rules? If not, please let us know the conditions used.

Have you maintained routing level as "line item Level"?

Kind regards,

Hello Yashavi,

I used the rule described in , however the rule does not give the right output if my request has two role line items, where one has risk and the other one not.

Thank you.

Hello Vasco,

Is the BRF function giving expected results in simulation?

If No, then we need to check BRF application and configurations.

If Yes, then MSMP configurations are to be checked.

Please let us know accordingly.

Kind regards,

Yashasvi
