Log-in ERROR SAP ME

Hi

We have a common user ID to login SAP ME v15.XX  , example TEST_USER1 , at a given time 10-15 will be using this id to execute the order , issue is that some operator some time get the below error

please suggest ?

This happens when your IE session is logged in already and without first logging out, your attempt to log in again with a different user. If you open a new session "File --> New Session" you should not see this error.

You'd rather ask NW Security support team because SAP ME fully relies upon NW authentication mechanism.
