Procedure on MDM Migration

Hi Experts,

We have requirement to Migrate SAP Netweaver MDM Server to another OS and Database,Can you please direct me documents how this can be done..AS I am new to MDM and not able to get any documents how MDM migration should be done?

Source : SAP Netweaver MDM 7.1 DB Oracle OS HP -UX

Target : SAP Netweaver MDM 7.1 DB MAXDB OS Linux

Please help me on this regards from SAP Basis perspective how to documents on the steps to be performed for Migration of MDM Server

Hi Avinash

I guess in case of MDM the approach would be

1. Archive MDM repositories running Oracle.
2. Install MDM on Linux with MaxDB as database.
3. Unarchive MDM repositories created in step 1
