Karunakar,
Ask FQD (fully qualified domain) to basis .
Open browser and and replace current ip address with FQN and let me know the error.

Dear All,
I tried all options provided by u all , but still same issue exits.
" Cannot connect to Message server " and " Internal error during Authentication"
I informed Network Team to open <Hostname>:81XX port to open.
May be opening of the port only may be the issue , I can check once port will be opened.
Thanks,
Karunakar M

Hi Karunakar,
Have you seen my earlier reply? I think the issue is definitely with the not opened ports and not with the wrong Java version (that would only cause that it's not even starting) since the failure you have is with P4 ports used for internal communication.
The problem is caused by not opened ports at network level. Since you are connecting via VPN you need to open additional ports besides the 5xxx00 ports used for accessing the HTTP gui of your PI. You need to open additional ports used for internal communication 8xx4 (P4 ports), 80xx, 81xx ports too. You need this to enable access to PI applications via VPN.

Mate
I had exactly the same issue.
The problem was in (AD) VPN user. Try login to VPN using another working user.

Dear Karunakar,
What is the exact java version, that you are using?
Please check the following notes:
1911741 - Cannot connect to server using message server ms:// P4 error in PI ESR
1571274 - Cannot connect to server using message server ms://
Please note that due to be a bug in the Java client software the class loading via javaws JNLP is broken in version 1.8.0_91 and upwards
For further information please check note:
2316581 - Unable to start PI ESR with Java 1.8.0_91 and 1.8.0_92
Best regards,
Daniel
