Hi Team,
we are working on the work manager with customer service 2.1 ,currently we are working on the Operation level assignment type-2.
We are done changes in the Agentry level and also in the config panel but we doesn't get any work order into the device while checking with the config panel we noticed that the there is only the header level push but there is no Operation level push. Is there any standard bug in it.
If it so please find the below screen shot and give us the valuable answer from your side ..
Please find in the screen shot 1.
While deploy and check with this work order push we got error like cannot cast class... while checking in the log file
java.lang.ClassCastException: Cannot cast class com.syclo.sap.component.customerservice.workorder.stephandler.CSWorkorderPushStepHandler to class com.syclo.sap.component.customerservice.workorder.stephandler.WorkorderPushStepHandler |
Give us a suggestion in it..
Regards,
Vignesh Anandhan.
Vignesh,
From your error:
java.lang.ClassCastException: Cannot cast class com.syclo.sap.component.customerservice.workorder.stephandler.CSWorkorderPushStepHandler to class com.syclo.sap.component.customerservice.workorder.stephandler.WorkorderPushStepHandler |

and from the statement:
"we are working on the work manager with customer service 2.1 ,currently we are working on the Operation level assignment type-2.

SAP Answer:
From what we know you need to at least try using SMERP 620_700 SP2.
Are you using this version at the minimum for your ERP Mobile Add-ON?
It may be a theory that your version was not part of the release of SMERP 620_700 SP02 or it was released much earlier.
But your issue (error) is in Java too so both the backend addon and Java libraries need to support it.
From Customer Service Work Manager product perspective, you need a minimum of Customer Service 2.2 or 2.3 (not 2.1) to support Operation Level Push (Ref-Addon # 254).
So from your statement "we are working on the work manager with customer service 2.1", you are using an older Work Manager Customer Service version that does not have the feature built-in yet.
This is as far as what we can tell from your statement above.
