We have job which will unlock the queue automatically.What is the reason behind this and how it can be stop from reoccurring.

The reason you should identify as there wont be automatic mechanism for reprocess as messages will be held in queues for some reasons.
To stop it reoccurring hold it or stop it.

You are right the queue is stuck now.Could you give information how it can be figure out what is causing this problem.
Just navigate from the queue,you will end uo finding error or the Moni,where you will get more details.
