Hi,
I want to create MENU button like Quick Create and it should appear in menu list.I tried with Menu Items Button which is available in personas flavor gallery but i could not achieved but one button is generating like script button.
Can u please suggest.

This is not possible.
I am not aware it possible to insert additional menu items in Personas 3.0. I know you can
- change Menu Title
- Disable / Hide Menu groups.
