Hi,

I run a application "Cost Centers: Actual Line Items" with the t-code KSBB, from the query result, I find that a document item text lacks a special character @ , even though the special character @ exists in the original document.

Need somebody help me analysis this case, find out the reasons and solutions, pls.

Dear JIANJIA,

Can you see the "@" in the table COEP for your CO document line item ?

Hi Gabriel,

I have checked the table COEP, and the character "@" exists.

Check if you have any enhancement applied in EXIT_SAPLKAEP_001 (Access by SE37 t.code).

This all tips that I could have to you.

Hi Gabriel,

I follow your tips again with more cases, finally find that the "@"  is not found in the table COEP for some CO document line items. Maybe the first time data I check is not suitable.

What should I do next?

Dear JIANJIA,

It seems that the FI text is not being correctly migrated to CO text.

Follow the next steps:

- Check if there is no CO Substitution Rule applied to change the COEP-SGTXT (Name field) in OKC9 t.code.

- Identify when this error occur. When you post the FI document or when you change and update the Text field in FI document and the CO text is not updated as well.

- Check OSS Note which describe this case above using FB02 to change the Text Item 1793941 - Text change in FI document is not transferred to CO

Hi Gabriel,

Have checked the step 1 & 2 :

- There is nothing in OKC9 t.code.

- When post. When post the FI document, some items can be correctly migrated to CO text, and some fail. It seems that this error occurs randomly.

When you mean Error occurs randomly, it´s the same document with the same text, user, company code, etc ?
