Suggest me Push Work Order config changes in Customer Service....!

Hi Team ,

            Currently we are using Work Manager with customer service application in our project .We are using Operation level Assignment Type-2.

Can any one suggest me the push work order config changes need to do in the config panel .......

Kindly give me the suggestion over here team.

If you have properly installed the Customer Service Add-On as documented in:

then most of the documentation is really in here:

You need to search for keywords "Assignment type".

From here you may be presented chapter 7.6 Work Order Assignment type options.

In this same document you will see the configPanel changes from Client Global and others.  If you do CTRL-F (Find) and do "Assignment type" you can see in the document all the pages with Assignment type settings.  This is one technique you can do to see what configPanel Mobile Data Object Configuration and others you needed.
