All ITSM requests not showing in my user name

Hi,

I have installedsolman 7.1 Sp14, and started the ITSM configuration. I am able to create the ticket formsatelite system and I am able to see myinsidentsin solman_workcenter but I am not able to view the other incidents. My user is configured asSupport manager role. My userhaveall theprivilages and I assigned Solmanpro business role.Kinldyhelp me to resolve this issue.

Hi Jose,

Please add role ZSAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS and then retry.

Hi Jose

Which incidents are you trying to see there? The workcenter is geared towards seeing your own incidents, in process by you or in process by your team (given org model is in place) so it's not meant to be used to see all incidents really.

If you want to see all incidents outside of the above filters, you should be looking in SM_CRM -- incident management search instead for example where you could just list all incidents given you have sufficient authorization.
