SFC Report with manufacturing process details ?

Dear seniors,

Please let me know if there is a report in SAP ME which can let us track all the manufacturing details regarding a certain SFC, like:

- which routing was used to manufacture it with which revision

- which  BOM with which revision

- which Work Instructions, etc
