"BPA TwinCubes Transactional Data Extractor" is not updating

Hi Team,

I have setup the Analytical BPMON, But the "BPA TwinCubes Transactional Data Extractor" is not updating since I have set the configuration, though its status is green,  But we are not able see our solution for monitoring. What I observe that, this extractor is responsible for sending data from managed system to BW of solman.

Do you have any Idea how to update manually update this or why this is not updating..?

Hi Ashwani,

Does your managed system has updated plug-ins? Also please check below SAP Note about extractor job status:

2314852 - "Could not read data from Info Cube 0SM_BPMRH RC=8" error during Data Migration to BPA Twincubes
