IPH3015: XML Parsing Error

Hello SAP,

I see many errors on Admin Server Logs as below error:

IPH3015: XML Parsing Error. Exception: The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.

Environment: SP04 HF19

Please suggest.

Hi VP,

I found the case which reported the same message.

In this case, when CPU utilization was high, Afaria output this message.

For example, when running database backup and other processes while the Afaria Server is online.

It may interrupt communication between the Afaria Server and the database.

When this message is output, you should confirm CPU utilization.

And you confirm what type of running process.

When did you get these errors? During/after iOS enrollment? or you receive these while peforming session channel?

Can you send me the server logs attached here. Also, could you explain the session channel is executed properly or facing any issues apart from this IPH3015 error in server logs?
