We are not getting the Tech Mon Alert Emails Suddenly. Please let me know what will be the reason for it.

Please ensure that the Jobs fron KBA 2081155 are running with no issues.

Are there alerts in the Alert Inbox? Are the metrics green in the UI?

     Hi Micheal,

All jobs are running and also metrics are green. In SOST Alerts are there but the mails are not getting triggered to the recipient email suddenly, Please let me know the solution.

Hi All,

Job sap_calculation_engine seems to run for long time then before .Let me know if auto confirmation should be enabled or not.We are not getting alert also suddenly.

Please help us on this issue.

Hi Soundarya,

Please check if SCOT settings are correct. Also if you are able to see alerts in SOST tcode (i.e. alerts are generating and mails are triggering but not getting delivered from solution manager).

Also check in Technical Monitoring if template is properly assigned to Manage Objects and all are active.
