Receiver Idoc Sm58 Internal error during database access

Dear Experts,

In our production PI server ,recently we are facing a frequent issue, where , idocs while getting posted to ECC system gets stuck in PI sm58 , with error :Internal error during database access.

When I try to open this error message it asks for message class.Is it happening because of excessive memory consumption?because the RFC destination pointing to ECC is working fine.

I could not find much question in scn with this particular issue.

I doubt on the ECC table space.

Work with Basis.

Check for any dump in st22.
