SUM error in solutin manager 7.2

Hi All,

I want to upgrade support package ST-UI SP 0001 to ST-UI SP 0002 Solution manager 7.2 on Hana, I found problem when importing package in tcode SPAM.

Error in phase : XPRA_EXECUTION

Reason for error : TP_BUFFER_INCONSISTENCY

Return code : 0008

Error message: Pkgs. in queue don't exist in the tp buffer (e.g. SAPK-74016INSAPUI)

How to resolve the problem?

Hi Bobby,

What are the ownership & permissions on files under directory /usr/sap/trans/tmp/ as well as on /tmp dir ? Please recheck the correct ownership's & permissions for the files & re-execute the process.

Ownership : sidadm and permission already 777 in tmp folder.

Can you please check the permission of the directory /usr/sap/trans/tmp with sidadm user.

Are you able to create a file in the directory /usr/sap/trans/tmp.

Yes, I can create file in that directory with sidadm or root user.
