Mass archive blocked user in Solman

Hello,

I use report AI_SDK_USER_BP_GEN to generate users and BP in solman from production system.

If user was blocked in PROD i need to block him in solman and archive his BP manual.

How can i automate it?

And one more question, how can i remove archived BP from search result when i select author of incident in ITSM.

Here you are referring production system as SOLMAN Production System, right?

To remove BP, as far I know, you need to archive the BP and delete them. Please refer below link.
