Export PS project to MS Project

Hi All,

Could any one tell me how to export project to MS project with timeline and gantt chart in SAP standard. Is there any configuration required to export project?

Is it possible export project without 'Open SAP' interface.

Hi Faizan,

You will have to use OpenPS interface for PS and MSP integration.

If you're simply looking for an export from SAP > MSP then I would suggest you look at CN41 (not CN41N).

From within the report, follow menu path; Evaluation > Export > MS Project (MPX)...

Older transaction but might be worth a try before investing time in setting up OpenPS if all you want is an export & not the ability to import.
