Unable to check Budget consumption report

Hello Expert,

                  I am unable to check budget consumption report in FMRP_RW_BUDCON tcode. When I am entering this I am getting this below error. I have attached the screenshot. Please check it.

I have checked the whole SAP community but did not find any relevant answer for this issue. Kindly help regarding this.

Copy reports from client 000 (library 4FM) via GR29 transaction.

             As per your said I copied reports from Client 000 (Library 4FM) via GR29 but still the same error is coming. Please check the screenshot below.

I searched SAP Community and got this solution:-

Message no. DS017 Program 4FBU does not exist | SCN

1) GR59 - Copy Report Group 4FBC & 4FBU

2) GR52 - Genereate Report Group 4FBC & 4FBU with error message appeared. Force the system to be saved.

If the report group cannot be generated, the report group will be disappeared from Target Client. The copy report from source client process is required again. Then, try the below step:

1) GR59 - Copy Report Group 4FBC & 4FBU

2) GRR1 - Created Report by copy from 4FBUDCON & 4FBUDGET

3) GR51 - Created Report Group by copy from  4FBC & 4FBU

From this step , the system will be awared that, there are 2 reports in the target client.

4) GR52 - Generate the copied report group

5) GR52 - Generate standard report group 4FBC & 4FBU

As per the above solution I tried to copy report group from one client to another client. I succeed in copy report group. But When I tried to copy report, system shown me that Report 4FBUDCON and 4FBUDGET does not exist.

Please help me how to get these report ?

What is the output when you run GR39 with these parameters?

I successfully copied 4FBUDCON and 4FBUDGET report from 000 client through GR39 tcode. But when in tcode GR52 I am Generating the copied report group , I am facing the below error. Please check the below screenshot.

Make sure that you do GR39 with this flag on:
