If a PO already exists, deployment run is creating another deployment PReq even if it is not required!

Can someone suggest why is this happening?

Hi,

As said by Amol, please explain full process what is happening otherwise you will not get the correct answer. There could be many possibilities. If the PO quantity is not replicated in APO and in APO there is a requirement and you have stock a new deployment purchase requisition is created again. The PO's are not deleted by deployment runs. These are ECC orders unless they are replicated into APO the demand/supply situation is not updated and APO thinks more orders are required to be sent to satisfy the demand.

This could be an issue with your CIF/CCR settings as well. If there are stuck queues which are coming into APO and your monitoring team deletes the queues which updates the PO's back into APO there is more than a possibility of double orders.
