i use SRM 5.0 in extended classic scenario, does the archiving PO done manually or automatically?

Hello Kim,

Configuration of archiving of SRM docs be done, you can follow the path:

Supplier Relationship Management --> SRM Server --> Cross-Application Basic Settings --> Document Archiving
