Change ID is not working in Portal 7.4

Hi All,

Change ID is not working in Portal 7.4.

We are getting below error while trying to perform change ID and also we are not able to move contents from one folder to another.

Please refer the screenshot.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

Thanks for your response.

We are not able to cut & paste an iView/Workset/Roles/Pages folder from old folder to new folder.

We couldn't find any log trace related to this error.

Let me know the ways to get it correctly if i have missed it.

NOTE:

We are able to create a new folder and able to cut and paste few individual portal objects only in a successful manner but not a whole contents/folders.
