Hi All,
Can you let me know what are different types of Caches in SAP PO.
I can see CPA Cache and SLD cache.
But are there any other types of cache also available in PO which we may have to refresh in case of issue.
I checked on internet but mostly information is available for PI system and as PO is only Java stack, Few caches are not applicable for PO.
So please provide your input.
Thanks,
Shivam
Hi Shivam,
Collaboration Profile Agreement(CPA) cache --> It contains all the objects created during configuration like communication channels.
Runtime cache --> It contains all the objects like message types, receiver determination and interface determination.
SLD Cache --> Used to cache the objects created in SLD.
Delta Cache Refresh: Any new objects that have been created/modified during the design/configuration activities are inserted into the temporary database tables(Partial process refresh).
Complete Cache Refresh: All entries in temporary cache tables are deleted and a background program is run for inserting the complete information about all the design/configuration objects(Whole process refresh).
Regards,
Mate
