Adding "Insert/Delete row" in GUIBB search criteria

Hello experts,

How do I add "Insert/Delete row" in GUIBB search criteria? In the component configuration of a standard search, it's already available as displayed by the configurator :

But one of our custom reports doesn't have this. How do I add them?

The upper screen comes from select options in the new format, for example WD_SELECT_OPTIONS_20 (or similar,  I don't remember by heart).

The lower one, since it's custom I am not sure how you managed.
