SAP IQ - SAP Control Center 3.3 on Windows Server

Hello everyone!

I have a problem when using SCC 3.3 for SAP IQ.

Install the SCC 3.3 in Windows Server, everything works perfectly, until I think the alerts that are related to the dbspaces and Files.

At the beginning these alerts are normally appear in the general alerts, but to spend 12 hours or so, these alerts disappear without a trace or errors in the log. (Attachment images).

Restarting the SCC 3.3 dbspaces and Files appear again on the screen of Resource, but the alarms have disappeared, and must be configured again, this happens every day, which leads me to create alerts daily.

This has happened to me on two different Windows servers in exactly the same way.

I wonder if this is a bug in the tool and if you have some form of repair.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Regards,

Santiago Jacome

Hi,

It's a known issue.

Here is a kba 2189391 regarding alert problem.

You can see the details with the following KBA.

Hi:

This only happens in Windows Server, I tested on AIX and Red Hat Linux and works perfectly.

Thank you,
