Hi John,

First error with DB13 , is the browser issue.

For the second error , you have to attached the log from ST22 transaction.

Hi Ashutosh,

Actually there is no error is showing in the ST22 transaction.

Also how this db13 could be a browser issue beacuse it is working not in the browser but in the sap gui.

Hi John,

For supported web browsers, please refer to https://apps.support.sap.com/sap(bD16aCZjPTAwMQ==)/support/pam/pam.html?smpsrv=https%3a%2f%2fwebsmp2...

It may depend on the version of  component ST-710.

Please retry with Firefox.

Hi Ning,

As per your suggestion i have checked in PAM also, but its saying IE 11 is the version that is used for the SOL 7.1. so that couldn't be the problem.

Even in gui also the same error is happening when executing DB13.

My Solman version is 7.1 sp4.

Hi John.

After the Solution Manager installation have you completed the post installation tasks (Like profile parameters / ICM / FQDN etc ... )?

Kindly check the SCN thread with same issue -

Hi John,

Maybe you do not execute SGEN for all components and Web Dynpros, please wait for some moments. I suggest to update to latest SPS for SLM to prevent some known issues.

Since the original problem is fixed now, please open a new thread for further problems.

Hi John.

Thanks for your information.

I think its problem in the IE11. Kindly follow the settings on your IE11

1. On IE11 go to Tools select " Compatibility view settings"  check the both options. refer the screen shot

Hi John,

can you please try by adding following string at the end of the URL

Dear Sunil,

Yes i got the same solution by adding the mentioned string in URL. This is happening because of the absence of roadmap flash player is the server.
