Offset start date and offset finish date usage

Hi All,

I have question regarding 'offset start date and offset finish date' as per my understanding, it is used for networking between multiple activity element so I try to perform it but can't understand it's logic so could anyone tell me with help of screen shot the usage and how it's work?

Network Activity Elements are "sub" elements to a Network Activity.  Network Activities have scheduling functions such as durations and relationships.  NWAE's do not have these, they adopt the dates of the NWA.  You can use the offset fields to shift NWAEs in relation the NWA dates.
