PRT Attachments download in Standard WM6.3 Application

Hi Experts,

While downloading PRT attachments in device for standard WM6.3 application , we are getting an error stating "DocumentPushRequestSteplet  - /SYCLO/CX_CORE_SUQUEUE_MGR:Invalid Push Scenario ID for Mobile app SAP_WORK_MANAGER_63".

We have not done any customization,kindly suggest for any standard configurations required to activate this functionality.

When verified slg1 logs the error "Retry not allowed for OTRIG_ID SWM63_HTTP_PUSH_TRIGGER of outbound message" is encountered.

We could download the attachments in work order header level.

Hi All,

Instead of Push, I tried on Demand fetch by following this link -

Now, Attachments are downloading by On Demand Fetch.

Hi Stephen,

We gone through that note and checked everything in config panel. Everything seems correct. We haven't customized anything. we are using standard SWM 6.3 application. Still we are getting error "DocumentPushRequestSteplet  - /SYCLO/CX_CORE_SUQUEUE_MGR:Invalid Push Scenario ID for Mobile app SAP_WORK_MANAGER_63" while downloading PRT attachments in device.
