Transaction VA45 - Contracts not showing up

Hi all,

Met a very strange issue, I have contracts created trough transaction VA41 and am able to view them on transaction VA43. But when

I try to view all the contracts either via Sold-to Party or Material on transaction VA45. An error pops up, below is the error.

Please check the entries. No work list selected

Message No. VR420

Diagnosis

No entries were found for the specified selection criteria.

Possible reasons for this:

• Indexes for materials and business partners have not been updated
• The organizational data or selection criteria are incorrect.

Procedure

Check whether all indexes have been updated. Check your organizational data and selection criteria as well.

did you check if your organizational data selection criteria is correct? Click on organizational data button to see it.

Check

• whether the contract is not completed (By default, the selection option in VA45 will set to Open contracts)
• whether the said contracts are stored in VAPMA & VAKPA tables

Along with organisational data check for dates also.
