G/L Account & Journal Entry Fiori app not displaying image in header

Hi,

We have recently configured and setup the following two standard Fiori Factsheet apps related to SAP Finance.

G/L Account       - https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F1727')

Journal Entry      - https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F1728')

Both the apps work well, but only the image in header section doesn't get displayed.

When we try to inspect the image URL or open the image in a new tab, we get the following error;

ICF Node /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/SAP/SSUITE_OBJEXPLO NOT found!

We cannot find any information about this service /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/SAP/SSUITE_OBJEXPLO on SDN, google or SAP market place.

Can someone help us here?

I am also facing same issue here and already checked that there is no service similar to this. Please post the answer If You will find any solution for this.

Hi Aravindhan

Have you checked to see if there is a similarly named ICF node listed in that path /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/SAP/ in transaction SICF ? It's possible the name of the ICF node may be truncated in the message.

At the very least that might give you another clue to report to SAP in your SAP message via the launchpad.support.sap.com
