Issue with the Notes and Return tab not available for the FF user when the Controller send back for additional information

Dear GRC Experts

I am implementing the GRC EAM in 10.1 version and noted that when the controller returns the log review report to the user requesting additional information, the user gets the Work item in the work inbox. However when it is opened, both the NOTES section and the RETURN button are not open for modifications.

Any idea how to resolve this issue?

Please apply below SAP note for fixing return button issue.


2152875 - Firefighter User cannot find the Return button in the workflow

Thanks Rakesh for a quick response.

We were able to view the RETURN button but disabled. We found out that it is a Security authorization issue and we were able to fix it.

Issue resolved.

Good to know that the issue is resolved.

Can you post that authorization issue and change this discussion to resolved so that this discussion will be useful for someone who might face the same problem in the future?

Rakesh here is what we have added to the FF user role to have the ability to input Notes and RETURN to the controller.

Closing the issue as Resolved
