Dear GRC Experts
I am implementing the GRC EAM in 10.1 version and noted that when the controller returns the log review report to the user requesting additional information, the user gets the Work item in the work inbox. However when it is opened, both the NOTES section and the RETURN button are not open for modifications.
Any idea how to resolve this issue?

Please apply below SAP note for fixing return button issue.
