SAP Netweaver Capabilities

Hello ,

I want to understand the capabilities of SAP Netweaver Technology .  Is it possible to have one dashboard or Launchpad type platform build with SAP Netweaver and the transactions might be getting called for either SAP APO Production Planning or Transportation planning , or you might make a call to solution manager or SAP Portals , any of these .  User will sign on one time and then based on his job role and responsibility, he can call any of these transactions , whether it is Order display in ECC using VA03 or create the shipment in APO using /SAPAPO/VS01 .

Hello Sushila,

AFAIK there is no launchpad like you wanted getting some transactions from APO, some from ECC some from other products.Neither a dashboard.

Hovewer, you can integrate systems and build up your own launchpad. Netweaver provides infrastructure for it.

As you may know SAP's new UX fiori architecture has many capabilities and predefined launchpads and allows you to create your own launchpads too.

I advise you to investigate Fiori  and check the link Fiori Apps Library for reference library.
