InfoSteward scorecard not trending

Hello Experts

We have built a scorecard in the project within InfoSteward, with a task that is scheduled through the CMC to execute weekly. It does execute weekly, and I receive the email notifications from it, however the trend information within the scorecard is not updating. . The trend information should be updated each week.

Could you help me on the same.

There are 2 options: Show score as of Now and Show score as of Last Run? Have you tried both?

Hi Colleagues,

Tried both the options

If we use Show score as of: Last run , it will
display last task runs.

If we use Show score as of:
NOW , it will
display present task runs  at the higher level.

If I select bottom level

failed data views  has the information about   score card trend run via
CMC i.e scheduled

Please ensure that you have run all the rule tasks that affect that given scorecard.

Just following on from Dirk's response, is the Calculate Score utility scheduled to run after the rule task?
