Fiori - Personas App Not working on mobile device

Hi,

I Have a Z Transaction my company want to take to fiori,

I Created a tile that do it nicely in the web browser of PC,

But when i tried to connect from the iPhone fiori app, it doesn't work it keeps waiting and never completly render the Personas GUI.

The thing is that It do the same with fiori in the Chrome for iPhone browser

But if i open SAP Personas Directly from Chrome for iphone, it works nice.

Anyone have faced this issue? is there any solution to this?

Hi Ricardo,

If I understand your question correctly you are using a Fiori tile to point to a SAP Screen Personas flavour on top of a SAPGUI for HTML transaction - is that correct?

If so, as a general rule of thumb SAP Screen Personas is not guaranteed to work on phones or tablets. There are a lot of dependencies that come into play when you are applying the scripting to transactions.  It is the same for SAPGUI for HTML - it might work in a phone or tablet browser but there's no guarantee of that.  So you have to test - but if it doesn't work there is also no support for that combination.

You can use Fiori on the iPhone .. however the Fiori app needs to be created using phone-capable technology - such as SAPUI5, OPENUI5, HTML5, Kapsel Hybrid app, or a native app - not just a tile to a Screen Personas flavour.
