VMware + Microsoft SQL Server Whitepaper

Hi Everyone,

I've just tried to download the above mentioned white paper by VMware "Microsoft SQL Server on VMware vSphere - Availability and Recovery Options." Unfortunately the link is broken and the PDF isnt available anymore.

Does somebody have a new link? I couldnt find the document elsewhere in WWW.
