Hi Experts,

Tax procedure migration from Taxinj to Taxinn can be done by us directly or is it required to get consulting service from SAP.

As per note 2014164, it is a consulting solution.

Please guide.

Thanks and regards

Hi Ram,

Are looking this information for both SAP SD & MM point of view or for either of them? For sure this for GST.  In either of the requirement, SAP Note mention by you holds good. Please refer PDF attached in the note for approach, risk, proposed solution for both SAP SD and SAP MM. And moreover migration of tax procedure would require the closure of open documents and production downtime. And it is further suggested that ideally, you should try the migration on Production copy before implementing the same on their production client.

directly or is it required to get consulting service from SAP

There is no hard and fast rule defined for that. It's up to you. If your team is confident of doing that after trying that on Production copy. Then you can do it yourself. But, make sure to get proper consulting advice on the custom object(RICEF) developed for the CIN. Or get service vendor that is experienced in this.

Thanks, JP
