Hello,
We have a system that is using the Sybase 16, the software uses the SQL Anywhere 16 to connect to the database on port 2638.
I would like to know the easier way to connect to the database. like we do with Oracle with SQLtools, Sqldeveloper, etc.
I have not found a tool like those. I have found some jdbc drivers, but there is no information detailed about the URL connection etc.
What do you recommend?

Just to clarify are you looking for a SQL Anywhere 16 administration tool? If this is correct you can use Sybase Central to connect to your database. You can download the client here:
