Work Order Push in Work Manager 6.3

Hi Experts,

We have deployed standard work manager 6.3 application in to SMP server 3.0 SP11. We have configured the required push related background jobs as per standard process.But we are unable to get Push Notifications in to device iPad for work order assignment type 1.We could see the error "No valid recipients found for the push instance" in slg1 logs.

Kindly suggest.Thanks in advance.

Hi Sravanthi,

In Syclo Admin Panel -> Administration, In the Server Management section : I gave Outbond Trigger URL Type as Use IP Address.

Now push scenario is working for me.

We are also facing same issue with Standard Push functionality in SWM 6.3. In config panel, push scenario definition we could see the below settings.

Can anyone please suggest me to configure Event ID(/SYCLO/BACKGROUND_JOB_EVENT) and Event Parameter value(EXCHOBJ_PUSH_EVENT) in Config panel push definition.

Also suggest me, if any changes required for Push functionality w.r.t the system.

Note : we have not customized standard push functionality(Front end, Middleware and backend).
