Pre Numbered Invoice Print - Turkey

Dear Experts ,

For Turkey localization requirement is to use pre numbered delivery notes and Invoices

I tried to search SAP notes, SAP help  as well as SCN , but didn't get much information.

Request your help to resolve this issue.
