Production Availability of Fiori Mobile

I explore the SAP HCP mobile service for SAP Fiori in a HCP trial account. However, this service is not visible in our paid account (beta features enabled, account created in September 2015).

So I wonder about the current status of SAP HCP mobile service for SAP Fiori. Is it a trial-only beta or is it productive and can be enabled for paid HCP accounts?

SAP HCP, mobile service for SAP Fiori (tile called "Fiori Mobile") is a new offering, released in May/June of 2016 as part of SAP Fiori, cloud service, premium edition.  It's designed to provide customers with and end-to-end set of integrated technologies that assist in mobilizing Fiori and UI5 apps.

Fiori mobile includes parts of HCPms (mobile service for development and operations) and Mobile Secure (mobile service for app and device management) along with parts unique to the service.  The tile can only be enabled for SAP Fiori, cloud service, premium edition subscribers.
