Sharing of Master Data and Condition Records

SD Gurus,

I am seeking your advice on the following:

I have one sales orgn say ZA01, and 3 Channels say 01, 02, 03 and 4 divisions say AB, CD, EF, GH.

I have made the common sales area as ZA01, 01, AB. Now

1. The products of all 4 divisions are accessed by all 3 channels

2. The customers of each channel are separate. No one uses other channel customers than his own channel.

3. Pricing for the same product in all the 3 channels is different.

4. The delivering plant for one channel is different than the other two channels.

5. Each channel has its own storage location.

Under these circumstances can anyone suggest me the combination of the above attributes for the transaction VOR1, VOR2, and OVAO,OVAM,OVAN

I tried combinations but getting error.

Please reply <b>elaborately</b>. Thanks in advance.

You don't need it - you have just one S.Org,

D. OVAM and OVAN.

If you want all org entities to use all available order types, do not configure anything here. Otherwise, post the order types and which Division/Distribution are to be used a references.

Hi keerthi,

I tried what you said. It is telling "no sales area can be determined"

2. I have to choose products of other division where the div filed in the material master would be based on the product and not the common divn. The system doesnot allow me to take up other products..it gives error..I have to do MM02 remove the division...put common divn ..then it works.

3. I want to get rid of all these errors..

Can you please help. Sorry for delay in replying..
