Authentication failed Password locked

Dear Team,

When I am opening below link in my Solution Manager 710 with j2ee_admin  User ID and Password , Its opening fine

http://hostname:50000/monitoring/SystemInfo

http://192.168.11.22:50000/index.html

But when I am opening  this link , its give message     Authentication failed. Password locked

http://hostname:50000/logon/logonServlet

I have check j2ee_admin  user ID status in client  000 , 001  and 101 , its not locked and its working fine.

I have given SAP_ALL authorazation to j2ee_admin  user .

Please suggest on this

Hello Pooja,

Since it is not the ABAP user that it is locked, then you need to unlock the user via NWA, with another superuser (eventually you will have to use user ID SAP* to do so). It seems that SAP note 1493272 might help here too.

Hi Cristiano, the user that is locked is a ABAP user (j2EE_admin) is on the r/3 stack.

Hello Pooja,

Please check the default traces from /usr/sap/<SID>/<cluster>/serverx/log of the Java server.

Check if the KBA 1742060 is helpful. You can also collect diagtool traces as per the note 1045019 and see if you can find any errors there.
